Consent to Personal Data Processing

By completing and submitting any contact form on the armlpg.com website (hereinafter — the "Website"), the User confirms their consent to the processing of Personal Data under the terms set out in this document.

01Data Subject and Data Controller

This consent is provided by the natural person who has submitted their data via the contact form (hereinafter — the "Data Subject") in favour of ArmLpg (hereinafter — the "Data Controller"), which is engaged in the import and wholesale trade of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

02Categories of Personal Data

The Data Subject consents to the processing of the following Personal Data:

• last name and first name;
• name of the represented organisation (if applicable);
• email address;
• phone number;
• any other data voluntarily entered in the free-text field of the form.

03Purpose of Processing

Personal Data is processed for the following purposes:

• reviewing the inquiry and preparing a response to the request;
• preparing a commercial proposal for the supply of LPG;
• establishing and maintaining business communication between the Data Subject and the Data Controller;
• entering into and performing a contract (if an agreement is reached).

04Processing Operations Covered

This consent covers the following processing operations performed on Personal Data: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission (access), restriction, erasure, and destruction — carried out both by automated means and otherwise.

05Duration of Consent

This consent is effective from the moment the contact form is submitted and remains valid until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject, but for no longer than 24 months from the date of the last contact, unless a different period is established by an agreement between the parties.

06Withdrawal of Consent

The Data Subject may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the email address info@armlpg.com. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the receipt of such withdrawal.

Upon withdrawal of consent, the Data Controller shall cease processing Personal Data and ensure its erasure within 30 calendar days, except where continued retention is required under applicable law.

07Confirmation

By submitting the form on the Website, the Data Subject confirms that:

• they have read and understood the terms of this consent and the Privacy Policy;
• the data provided is accurate and up to date;
• consent is given freely, in their own interests, and the Data Subject is free to decide whether or not to provide it.
